The Sóller Valley is located on the northwest coast of Mallorca, sheltered by the Tramuntana mountains (UNESO World Heritage Site), it’s the highest mountain range on the island. The first oranges were introduced to Mallorca by the Arabs in the 9th century. Due to its unique terroir the Soller Valley quickly became the centre of citrus cultivation on the island and still remains so today.
